Clarity is something you design, then build a system to protect.
Since 2022 I've designed the software KidStrong's franchise network runs on. I designed the Coach App, the iPad app coaches use in every class, from research and testing through launch, and I still maintain it. I also maintain KSTV, the app on the screens in class. And I'm the sole designer for Lighthouse, the operations platform with apps for HQ, area developers, managers, coaches and parents, plus Beacon UI, the design system behind it.
My title is Associate Product Manager, and I bring that range to design. I like untangling the hard questions before anyone draws a screen, then sweating the details until the thing ships.
What I care about most is the people on the other side of the screen. I'd rather watch a coach use something than guess how it works for them, and I design so it works for everyone, including people who use a keyboard or a screen reader. Systems are how that lasts: a good component or token keeps a product clear through every feature that comes next.
