Problem
KidStrong TV needed to serve two distinct needs simultaneously: it had to be an efficient coaching tool while delivering engaging content to members. The existing interface treated all interactions the same way, creating friction for coaches during technical tasks and missing opportunities to delight members during class content. This resulted in coaches spending valuable class time managing technology instead of teaching, and members experiencing a disconnect between the fun, developmental nature of KidStrong classes and their digital presentation.
